Custom, Made-to-Order Products
Every Prana6 fragrance is uniquely formulated for an individual customer based on their personal scent profile and, optionally, their olfactory receptor analysis. Because each bottle is a one-of-a-kind product that cannot be resold or reused, all sales are final.
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom fragrances. This applies to both quiz-based and DNA-enhanced orders.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prana6.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you receive a fragrance that was not formulated for you, contact us immediately at support@prana6.com. We will correct the error and ship the correct product at no charge.
DNA Analysis Kit
The DNA analysis add-on ($99) is non-refundable once the saliva kit has been shipped to you. If you have not yet mailed your sample back, you may contact us to discuss your options.
If your saliva sample is insufficient or unusable, we will ship one replacement kit at no extra charge.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@prana6.com immediately with your order number.
Our Commitment
While we cannot offer refunds on custom products, we stand behind our process. Our formulation is built from your personal inputs — the more honest and detailed you are in the questionnaire, the better your result will be.
