Questions before the gift.
What's the lead time?
Allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Each formula requires curing time after blending — that's what gives the fragrance its longevity. For year-end gifting, please order by mid-November.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available case-by-case — please reach out to discuss.
What if a recipient doesn't take the quiz?
Cards never expire. Recipients can redeem on their own schedule — and we can send gentle reminder emails 30 and 60 days after delivery if helpful.
Can recipients exchange or return?
Once a formula is hand-blended for an individual, exchanges aren't possible — but if a recipient feels their formula doesn't quite fit, we'll work with them directly to recommend adjustments at no additional cost.
What does the recipient experience?
They receive a sealed box with your firm's custom sticker. Inside: a redemption card directing them to prana6.com. They take a short scent profile quiz (~10 minutes), we hand-blend their formula, and ship their finished fragrance directly to them.
What information do you need from us to get started?
A high-resolution logo file (PNG or vector preferred), an estimate of quantity and size mix, and a target delivery date. We'll send a quote and proof within two business days.
