Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prana6. This policy explains how and when your fragrance reaches you.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How Long It Takes

Custom Fragrances

Every Prana6 fragrance is hand-blended to order and cured before it leaves us.

  • Blending and dispatch: 1–2 weeks from the date you confirm your order
  • Transit: 5–8 business days once shipped
  • Total, order to doorstep: approximately 2–3 weeks

Shipping is free on all custom fragrance orders. Ordering for a specific occasion? We recommend placing your order at least four weeks ahead.

Reorders & Ready-Made Fragrances

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your Prana6 account.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is selected based on product type and your location to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

Fragrance Shipping Notice

Our perfumes are shipped in glass bottles and contain alcohol-based fragrance. All shipments are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent breakage. Due to hazardous materials regulations, perfume orders ship via ground service only and cannot be shipped by air.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@prana6.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including reshipping your order at no additional cost if necessary.
