Is this real? How do I know Prana6 is legitimate?
Prana6 is a small, founder-led fragrance company. Every formula is hand-blended by our perfumers in small batches — exclusively for the person who ordered it. We don't disappear after your order — we're here if you have questions, and we'll adjust your formula if something isn't right.
Why does it take 4–6 weeks?
Because your fragrance doesn't exist until you order it. We don't keep bottles on a shelf. Your formula is calculated from your quiz responses, then hand-blended in small batches by our perfumers — specifically for your skin chemistry, your preferences, your profile. That process takes time. Most of our customers tell us the wait makes the moment it arrives feel extraordinary. It's not a delay. It's the point.
What if I don't like it?
We put enormous care into every formula. If your fragrance doesn't feel right, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll offer one complimentary formula adjustment. We'll review your profile, understand what isn't working, and refine your blend. Your adjusted formula is then saved permanently for all future reorders.
What about returns?
Because every Prana6 fragrance is custom-made exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to read through the quiz carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions. If there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right.
How is this different from buying a regular perfume?
Every perfume at a department store was made for millions of people. The same bottle. The same formula. The same story — regardless of who's wearing it. Prana6 starts from the opposite direction. We begin with you — your skin chemistry, your preferences, your olfactory profile — and build a formula that exists nowhere else.
Do I need to know anything about fragrance?
Nothing. You don't need to know the difference between oud and vetiver, or what a top note is. Our questionnaire asks about your life — your moods, your memories, the way you want to feel when you walk into a room. We translate that into fragrance. You just need to be honest.
What's actually in my perfume? Are the ingredients safe?
Your Prana6 fragrance contains natural essential oils, Iso E Super, and Ambroxan — the ingredient responsible for that quiet magnetic quality that makes people lean in. We preserve your fragrance with Vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, rather than the BHT, phthalates, and synthetic fixatives most mass perfumes use. Five ingredients. Nothing hidden.
What happens to my data?
Your quiz answers are used solely to create your fragrance formula — nothing else. We don't sell your data, we don't share it, and we don't use it for anything beyond making your scent. If you choose the optional DNA analysis, we only ever access your scent receptor results. No health data, no ancestry, no exceptions.
Can I reorder without taking the quiz again?
Yes. Your formula is saved forever from the moment you order. Reordering is a single click. No quiz, no waiting, no guesswork.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer three sizes: 15ml Travel ($85), 30ml Classic ($150), and 50ml Full Size ($225). You can also order a Day and Night bundle and save up to $50.
