Thank you for choosing Prana6. Every fragrance we make is created for one person, and we take that seriously. Here's exactly what happens if something isn't right.
If Your Fragrance Isn't Right
We won't leave you with a bottle you don't wear.
If your fragrance isn't landing, email hello@prana6.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what isn't working — too sharp, fades too fast, not what you pictured. We'll refine your formula and reblend a revised batch at no charge.
One complimentary reformulation per order. In our experience the second batch, informed by how the first actually wore on your skin, is almost always the one that lands.
Custom, Made-to-Order Products
Because every Prana6 fragrance is uniquely formulated for one individual, a bottle cannot be resold or reused. For that reason we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom fragrances — we reblend instead.
Discovery Kits & Samples
For hygiene and safety reasons, Discovery Kit samples cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. The $25 sample price is credited toward any full-size bottle when you're ready.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@prana6.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Nothing to return.
Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event you receive a fragrance that was not formulated for you, contact us immediately at hello@prana6.com. We'll correct the error and ship the correct product at no charge.
Cancellations
Because blending begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering — email hello@prana6.com with your order number and we'll refund in full. After 24 hours your order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
