Thank you for choosing Prana6. What happens if something isn't right depends on which of our lines you bought.

If Your Just You Fragrance Isn't Right

This section applies to full-size Prana6 Just You bottles only — Bespoke Jour, Bespoke Nuit and the Day & Night Bundle. It does not apply to Prana6 Collection, Prana6 Littles or Prana6 Home, which are covered by the returns section below.

If your fragrance isn't landing, email hello@prana6.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what isn't working. We'll refine your formula and reblend a revised batch at no charge. One complimentary reformulation per order.

Custom, Made-to-Order Products

A Prana6 Just You fragrance is formulated for one person and cannot be resold or reused. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on these products, opened or unopened. Discovery Kits are also non-refundable, subject to the cancellation and damaged, defective or wrong-item provisions below.

For full-size Just You bottles, we offer the complimentary reformulation described above. For Discovery Kits, if your scent doesn't feel right, please email hello@prana6.com with your order number and feedback so we can discuss a reblend. Discovery does not include an automatic complimentary reformulation.

Prana6 Collection, Prana6 Littles and Prana6 Home

These products can be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email hello@prana6.com before sending anything back: we accept returns only where you have contacted us first. Approved returns go to Prana6, LLC, 6280 W Las Positas Blvd, Ste B #1004, Pleasanton, CA 94588.

Return postage. The threshold is the value of the eligible items you are sending back: what you paid for them after any discount, excluding shipping and tax. It is not the total of the original order. At $50 or more, we send you a prepaid label and returning those items costs you nothing. Below $50, return postage is yours to pay. A damaged, defective or wrong item is always free to return, regardless of value.

For change-of-mind returns, the shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded.

A Prana6 Home gift set must come back complete and unopened — ceramic flower, base, bottle and box. Once a perfume, roll-on or fragrance bottle has been opened, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return. Damaged, defective or wrong items are handled separately below.

Discovery Kits & Bottle Credit

Discovery Kit samples cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Your full Discovery purchase price is credited toward your full-size bottle. No expiry.

The credit is a fixed amount: $25 for a single Discovery Kit or $40 for the Jour & Nuit pair, even if you bought Discovery with a discount. For example, a $40 pair bought with a 15% discount costs $34 and still receives $40 bottle credit. Shipping and tax are not credited.

The code applies to a full-size Prana6 Just You order of $85 or more, once per customer, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Our smallest full-size bottle is $85, so a single bottle meets the minimum. The credit has no expiry.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken or defective, contact hello@prana6.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Nothing to return.

Wrong Item Received

If what arrives is not what you ordered, contact hello@prana6.com. We will correct the error and ship the right item at no charge. This applies to every product line, including a refill in the wrong size or scent.

Cancellations

Prana6 Just You and Discovery Kits: we accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of ordering. Email hello@prana6.com with your order number and we will refund in full. This cancellation right is an exception to the change-of-mind refund restrictions above and does not limit the damaged, defective or wrong-item provisions.

Prana6 Collection, Prana6 Littles and Prana6 Home: you can cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch. Email hello@prana6.com with your order number.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
