Welcome to Prana6. These terms govern your use of prana6.com and any order you place with us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

2. Overview
Prana6 creates custom, made-to-order fragrances based on individual scent profiles. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older.
3. Products and Services
Custom Fragrances: Each fragrance is uniquely formulated from the customer's scent profile questionnaire. No two formulas are the same. Our fragrances are Eau de Parfum concentration (20–22%), hand-blended in California from organic-certified oils, and contain no phthalates.
Discovery Kits: Sample sets allowing you to experience your formula before committing to a full-size bottle.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed at the time of order. Applicable California sales tax is added at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Custom fragrances are blended and dispatched within 1–2 weeks of order confirmation, arriving in approximately 2–3 weeks once transit is included. These are estimates and may vary. Prana6 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Custom Products, Reformulation, and Refunds
All Prana6 fragrances are custom, made-to-order products and cannot be resold or reused. We therefore do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom fragrances.
Instead, we offer a complimentary reformulation: if your fragrance isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reblend a revised batch at no charge. One reformulation per order.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@prana6.com and we will arrange a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Formula Storage and Reorders
Your custom formula is saved in our system and can be reordered at any time without retaking the questionnaire. You may request full deletion of your formula and associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Prana6 website — including text, images, design, logos, and formulation systems — is the property of Prana6, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Your custom fragrance is created for your personal use. The formula itself remains the intellectual property of Prana6, LLC.
9. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer
Prana6 fragrances are cosmetic products, not therapeutic or medical products. We make no health claims. Our products are for external use only.
Fragrance ingredients may cause irritation or an allergic reaction in some individuals. We recommend a patch test before first full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or have a known fragrance sensitivity, consult your physician before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prana6, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
